Terms and Conditions for Pebble Photography

Thank you for considering Pebble Photography for your photography needs. Before submitting your contact form and engaging our services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By sending a contact form or working with us, you agree to these terms:

1. Contact Form Submission

  1. By submitting the contact form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Submitting a contact form does not guarantee a booking. Pebble Photography will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days to confirm availability and discuss details.
  3. All information shared through the contact form will be treated with respect and confidentiality. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

2. Booking and Deposits

  1. A booking is only confirmed once a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are received (Half of total cost of service). The deposit secures your date and will be applied to the total session cost.
  2. Full payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled session or event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  3. Changes to the session date or time must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

3. Session Policies

  1. Pebble Photography specializes in natural light and candid photography. While every effort is made to accommodate client preferences, the artistic vision of the photographer will guide the session.
  2. Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits for locations, venues, or props required for the shoot. Additional charges for permits or special locations are the responsibility of the client.

4. Deliverables and Turnaround

  1. Clients are granted personal use rights to the delivered images. Any commercial use requires prior written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.
  2. Pebble Photography reserves the right to use photos for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. If the client cancels the booking, the deposit is refundable. Refunds for additional payments made may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on notice provided and services rendered.
  2. If Pebble Photography is unable to perform the session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of any payments made.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  1. Pebble Photography is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or loss incurred during the photography session.
  2. While we take every precaution to ensure image quality, unforeseen technical issues or environmental conditions may impact results. In such cases, Pebble Photography will take reasonable steps to rectify the issue or offer compensation.

7. Communication

  1. By submitting a contact form, you agree to receive communication from Pebble Photography regarding your inquiry. This includes emails, phone calls, or text messages for scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.
  2. Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
